We ship our products all over the world. Please check in the cart what costs apply to your shipping destination

For all local customers: you are very welcome to visit our Strijdveen studio for pick-by yourself. (mail info@strijdveen.com

Orders within Europe will be shipped PostNL or DHL. Orders outside Europe are shipped with the courier that can guarantee a delivery within 3-10 working days after order placement. 

Your order will be prepared for shipment on the next working day (Monday until Friday). All delivery times are estimated depending on the carrier.

For estimation:
The Netherlands 1-3 working days
Within Europe: 2-10 working days
Outside Europe: 3-10 working days

Strijdveen is not responsible for any customs duties & taxes incurred within your receiving country. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery or error of shipping agents. In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, Strijdveen will not be liable. By placing your order you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Refund Policy. Return policy 
 

All products sold are non-refundable.

We offer exchanges for swimwear that has no signs of wear for a different size and colour.

Requests for an exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving the item(s). Please email info@strijdveen.com with your order number to request a return and to obtain a return form. 


Items returned for an exchange must abide by the following requirements: 

  • Unworn and show no signs of wear - discolouring, odour, excessive stretching, undone stitching 

  • Returned in original packaging - with swim tags 


Strijdveen has the right to reject any return if the items sent back shows any sign of wear or tear. 

Please note: All items purchased during a sale period (with or without the use of promo codes) or under our 'sale' page are final. They are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.  
On the rare occasion an item is faulty, please contact us via info@strijdveen.com so we can fix the issue right away.
